The Regency Club is designed for large or small entertaining for all the residents of Regency Heights Co-Op. A large screen TV is located in the Club for the use of the residents. Movies and of course the Super Bowl are shown on the big screen. There are dances during the winter and every week there is a coffee hour. Cards are played during the week as well as Bingo.

There are two shuffleboard courts available for the Residents of Regency Heights Co-Op. The covered court is used for tournaments and professional game play. The Covered Court provides shelter from the rain and wind with side panels that drop down when the weather become inclement.
Shuffleboard court number 2 is an open court that can be used for practice or for guest of Residents. This court provides the players to get that great Florida tan while playing their favorite sport.

The pool is suited for up to 17 persons. It is heated and remains at about 84 all year.

Coin laundromat provided and maintained by the community to allow residents to easily care for their clothing in a comfortable atmosphere.

The inside and outside directors plan both summer and winter for activities. Of course the winter schedule is very busy but during the summer the Club is still busy.
There is a golfing club that is very active during the spring, fall and winter months.
